Deirdre Snyder has been photographing Nantucket for 20 years.  When publishing her book "Nantucket Colors" and "Nantucket Hues", she sought to include images that vary from the typical postcard  and visitors' marketing material.  Those familiar with the island will understand her desire to share the many whimsical and unique aspects of the Far Away island of Nantucket
